Future Frame Consultants (FFC) is looking for a local HR qualified based in Latur to work as an On-Ground HR Consultant / FFC Coordinator for one of our client assignments.

The selected candidate will act as the local representative of FFC at the client location and will be responsible for coordinating between FFC’s consulting team and the client’s management and employees.

This is an execution-oriented HR role involving HR process implementation, employee coordination, SOP implementation, reporting, follow-ups and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities1. FFC – Client Coordination
- Act as the primary on-ground coordinator between FFC and the client.
- Coordinate with the FFC consulting team on implementation activities.
- Understand FFC’s recommendations and support their implementation at the client location.
- Maintain regular communication with the FFC team regarding progress, challenges and pending actions.
- Follow up with the client team on agreed action points.

2. HR Process Implementation
- Assist in implementing HR systems,



processes and policies recommended by FFC.
- Support attendance, leave and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee master data.
- Assist with manpower planning and recruitment coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.

3. SOP & Process Implementation
- Assist the FFC team in implementing HR and business SOPs.
- Observe existing practices and identify process gaps.
- Follow up with managers and employees regarding SOP adherence.
- Maintain implementation trackers and checklists.
- Report deviations and recurring issues to the FFC consultant.

4. Employee Coordination & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for routine HR-related employee matters.
- Coordinate employee meetings, feedback sessions and training programs.
- Assist in identifying employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Support employee engagem
