1. Job Purpose

To support the International Sales Team by generating quality leads, conducting market and customer data research, maintaining accurate customer databases, coordinating customer follow-ups, and providing day-to-day assistance to the Team Leader (TL) to improve sales productivity and customer conversion.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Generation & Data Research
- Identify and generate current B2B leads from the USA, UK and other international markets.
- Research jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, brands, e-commerce companies and potential buyers.
- Find and verify customer/company information, contact details, business profiles and decision-makers.
- Build and regularly update a qualified international customer database.




- Identify potential customers based on company profile, product category, market and business potential.

B. Customer Relationship & CRE Support
- Coordinate with existing and prospective customers through email, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
- Support the sales team in customer follow-ups, enquiries and requirement collection.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication, enquiries and follow-up status.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads assigned by the TL or Sales Manager.
- Coordinate internally with CAD, Production, Merchandising and other departments for customer requirements when required.

C. Sales Team Coordination
- Assist the TL in daily sales activities, lead allocation and follow-up tracking.
- Prepare daily/weekly lead-generation and follow-up reports.
- Update CRM/ERP/customer databases accurately and on time.
- Track lead status: New → Contacted → Qualified → E
