Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
- Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Handle performance management and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Lead and manage the HR team effectively.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Good understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
