We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process and help them choose suitable courses/programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, and admissions.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
