Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Trainer to provide technical training to students and prepare them for placements and entry-level IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical training sessions for students.
- Explain programming concepts and IT fundamentals clearly.
- Provide practical, hands-on training through projects and exercises.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and placement assessments.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Identify students’ learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
- Coordinate with the technical team to align training with industry requirements.
- Support students in developing job-ready technical skills.

Required Skills:




- Robust knowledge of relevant IT technologies and programming concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Experience in training or teaching students is preferred.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in IT training, development, or a related technical role preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
