Job Description – Society Manager Position Title: Society Manager Location: Thane, Maharashtra Type: Full-time | In office Experience: 1–4 years preferred (Freshers with excellent communication and management skills may also apply)

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and responsible Society Manager to handle day-to-day society administration, member coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver who can ensure smooth functioning of society affairs, act as a liaison between committee members and vendors, and coordinate with our internal accounting and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, committee members, vendors, and service providers
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the society, including housekeeping, security, vendors, and maintenance work
- Coordinate with the in-house accounting team to manage billing, receipts, and dues collection follow-ups
- Maintain society registers, handle documentation for new members, tenancy NOCs, share certificates, etc.




- Ensure timely vendor payments, maintain cheque books, and help prepare vouchers
- Coordinate AGMs, SGMs, and society meetings along with preparation of minutes and notices
- Assist in statutory and legal compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit) through Kaustubh & Company
- Escalate concerns to the management team and support timely issue resolution Maintain proper communication with members through emails, circulars, and WhatsApp groups

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Management, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi)
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ownership
- Familiarity with society operations, bye-laws, and housing rules
- Comfortable using Excel, Gmail, and basic management software
- Willingness to travel to different societies (within Thane / MMR) if required
