Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with 4-5 years of experience in payroll operations, hiring, recruitment, strategic talent management, and performance management. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources or possess significant relevant HR experience, particularly within the Health Care industry. This multifaceted role requires expertise in payroll management, employee recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent development, employee retention strategies, and effective event planning. Knowledge of performance management appraisal systems and experience with GreytHR software are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursements. Handle deductions, bonuses, overtime, and statutory advantages in line with company policies.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll, compensation, and employee benefits.



Prepare regular payroll and tax reports for internal stakeholders and government filing.
- Hiring and Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process by creating compelling job descriptions, posting positions, sourcing talent, and conducting interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with the company’s talent needs.
- Job Descriptions: Develop detailed and compelling job descriptions to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to ensure job descriptions are aligned with organizational needs and expectations.
- Onboarding & Training: Design and implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated and equipped for success. Ensure the company culture is effectively communicated and upheld.
