Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Head – Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil execution activities for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in general civil works, site execution, grading, drainage, road layouts, foundations, and civil design coordination.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Manage general civil works including grading, drainage, roads, foundations, and related infrastructure works.
- Review and interpret General Arrangement Drawings, Civil 3D drawings,



AutoCAD drawings, sections, and construction documents.
- Prepare/review grading designs, grading sections, road layouts, road sections, and drainage layouts.
- Perform and review cut-and-fill calculations and earthwork requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise foundation and structural-related civil works and ensure proper coordination with structural teams.
- Identify site issues, resolve technical challenges, and provide practical engineering solutions.
