About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 3–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling multiple requirements across different functions and seniority levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define role expectations.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
Track offers, joining status, backouts, and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other talent sources when required.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and share hiring updates with management.
Stay updated on market trends, candidate availability, and industry hiring practices.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
