T HE ROLE We are looking for a knowledgeable, client-oriented Senior Astrologer who can deliver highquality consultations that help convert leads into confident, satisfied buyers. This is a clientfacing role that requires deep expertise in Vedic astrology, a solid ability to connect with diverse clientele
— including NRIs and HNIs
— and a genuine passion for helping people through the science of gemstones. You will conduct astrological consultations across free and paid formats,
recommend appropriate gemstones with precision and integrity, and contribute to content that reinforces GemPundit's credibility as India's most trusted gemstone platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Consultations & Conversion – Conduct personalised astrological consultations — telephonic, video, and in-person — for domestic and international clients including NRIs and HNIs – Analyse Janam Kundali (birth charts), planetary positions, and dashas to provide accurate, tailored gemstone recommendations – Guide clients on the correct gemstone, metal, finger, day, and wearing ritual — with confidence and clarity – Convert free consultation leads into paid consultations and gemstone purchases through quality advisory and trust-building – Handle client follow-ups and maintain high satisfaction across every interaction
