What we want:
We’re looking for a hands-on digital/growth marketer with 2–4 years of experience, robust writing skills, and practical experience across content, SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and analytics. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns independently and have a strong understanding of performance marketing. Exposure to AdTech, B2B SaaS, Canva/Figma, HubSpot, or AI tools will be an added advantage.

What you will do:
•Content and thought leadership:
Plan and write blogs, LinkedIn carousels, and long-form content for IncrementX and IngeniousPlex.
Own the content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm.
Turn technical AdTech topics into clear, engaging, and human writing.




•SEO and backlinks:
Handle on-page and basic technical SEO.
Conduct keyword research and execute outreach and link-building to grow quality backlinks.
Optimize content for AI and generative search, not only traditional SEO.
•Paid campaigns:
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Reddit, Quora, and retargeting channels.
Support user-acquisition and demand-generation campaigns for IncrementX and IngeniousPlex.
Build and test landing pages and continuously improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, and creatives.
•Social and reporting:
Grow our LinkedIn presence and manage organic social media activities.
Track performance across channels and report what is working.
Support webinar, podcast, newsletter, and other content initiatives when required.
