Looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, acting as the voice of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, following up on potential leads, and scheduling appointments
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in telecalling and sales closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
