About The Opportunity

Our team drives recruitment excellence, onboarding agility, and compliance rigor for mission-critical roles—ensuring top-tier talent pipelines that mirror the speed, ethics, and regulatory demands of modern finance.

Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer finalization for BFSI roles (front-office, back-office, risk, compliance).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume BFSI hiring—leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus drives.
- Ensure 100% compliance with KYC, background checks, and pre-joining documentation for regulated financial roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft JDs, and streamline hiring timelines under SLA.




- Manage onboarding workflows—coordinating orientation, policy briefings, system access, and probation tracking.
- Use HRIS tools to maintain accurate employee records, generate hiring dashboards, and report hiring KPIs to leadership.
