JOB SUMMARY:-

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-focused Business Development Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client communication, requirement understanding, regular follow-ups, and supporting the overall sales and business development process.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce Tikshark’s services, understand their requirements, and generate qualified leads.
· Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email,



and other professional communication channels to convert prospects into business opportunities.
· Handle client queries, explain services clearly, address basic objections, and coordinate with the internal team for proposals, quotations, and meetings.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer requirements, follow-ups, responses, and conversion status while submitting regular activity reports.
· Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, meeting, and sales targets while maintaining professional relationships with prospects and clients.

Preferred Skills:-

· Excellent verbal communication, convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills with confidence in making outbound calls.
· Positive understanding of telecalling, lead generation, sales, follow-ups, and basic business development processes.
· Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and online research; knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
