Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Provide hardware and desktop support to users.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and surveillance systems.
- Support installation and maintenance of biometric attendance systems and access control systems.
- Perform basic networking activities including LAN, switches, routers, cabling, and IP configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and system-related issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support when required.
- Maintain records of equipment, installations, repairs, and service activities.
- Travel to client/field locations for installation and troubleshooting.
- Follow IT security, safety, and company procedures.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Hardware & Technical Support.




- Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, biometric and access control systems.
- Understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and structured cabling.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently at client/field locations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- IT/Computer Hardware certification or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field will be preferred.

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Working Days: Mon- Sat

Time: 10 am - 7 pm
