Job Description
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to coordinate between the sales team, customers and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales teams and customers.
- Track sales orders and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales and operational records.
- Prepare reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing.
- Follow up on pending requirements and deliveries.
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination/operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,824.43 - ₹25,088.35 per month
