Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Associate Lead with strong expertise in healthcare data validation, advanced SQL/database testing and Epic and Oracle Health (Cerner). This role will lead end-to-end QA and data validation across complex healthcare applications, databases, integrations, and enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, and traceability.
The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain knowledge, excellent analytical and root cause analysis skills, and experience leading QA activities across multiple projects. The candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epic and Oracle Health (Cerner), with robust knowledge of clinical workflows, data structures, and relationships across major healthcare domains. Working knowledge of AI/Generative AI and AI-assisted QA is preferred.
