Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the automobile organization.
- Handle the complete employee onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, induction and coordination with departments.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, employee lifecycle and other HR operational activities.
- Coordinate recruitment and joining requirements as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between employees, management and other departments.
- Support HR policies, compliance and process implementation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the automobile industry and its HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee onboarding.
- Good understanding of manufacturing/automobile workforce practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
