About the Role
We are looking for ITI freshers who are willing to build their career in the Production & Manufacturing Department. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for assisting in production operations, machine handling, quality checks, and maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production activities as per production plans.
- Operate and monitor production machines after proper training.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
- Perform basic machine operation and routine checks.
- Monitor production output and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
Eligibility
- ITI qualification from a recognized institute.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- ITI trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, Welder, or related trades can be considered.
- Basic understanding of machines and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good learning attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
