Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
PMO Analyst
to support project governance, financial operations,



and portfolio management activities across multiple initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining project data integrity, supporting financial reconciliation, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and governance processes. This role requires robust analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management Office (PMO) Support
- Support day-to-day PMO operations by maintaining project governance standards, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain project records, status reports, dashboards, and portfolio documentation.
- Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to organizational PMO processe
