Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Visa Executive & Team Leader to lead our Visa Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global visa documentation and processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring timely and accurate visa processing for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Visa Operations
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, student, work, and dependent visas.




- Review visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/BLS centers, and other visa facilitation agencies.
- Stay updated on changing visa regulations, documentation requirements, and immigration policies.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of visa applications.
- Resolve complex visa cases and client queries efficiently.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Visa Executive team.
- Allocate work and monitor daily productivity.
- Train new employees on visa procedures and documentation standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate and individual clients.
