About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented
Business Development & Market Research Associate

to support our commercial growth across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on business development and sales activities with market and competitive research to identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the development of new customer and partner relationships.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable engaging with prospective customers. The individual will work closely with leadership and senior team members to build sales pipelines, conduct industry research, support proposals and presentations, maintain CRM records, and execute sales initiatives from initial outreach through opportunity development.





Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers, partners, and business opportunities across target industries and markets
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels to generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and support opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business requirements and effectively position the company’s solutions
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, capability statements, pricing materials, and other sales collateral
- Conduct detailed market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends, market gaps, customer needs, and new business opportunities
- Research competitive pricing, product positioning, and market strategies to support sales and business decisions
- Identify potential strategic partner
