Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager who can independently drive sales while effectively managing and motivating a sales team.

This is a dual-responsibility role involving both individual sales contribution and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets as well as driving the team towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales,



cold calling, outbound calling, lead conversion, client acquisition, negotiation and team management.

Key ResponsibilitiesIndividual Sales Responsibilities

· Achieve assigned individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Generate business through cold calling, outbound calling, referrals, databases and other lead-generation channels.

· Identify and approach potential B2B clients and convert prospects into paying customers.

· Conduct product/service presentations and understand client requirements.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and payment coordination.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an effective sales pipeline.

· Handle objections, negotiate commercials and close deals.
