Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept to construction stage
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction details
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.)
- Attend client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs
- Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws and regulations
- Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve execution issues
- Assist in material selection and design documentation
- Work collaboratively with internal design and drafting teams
