Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound

Location: Remote (India)

Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: 3-5% of revenue generated from deals successfully closed through your qualified pipeline (subject to company incentive policy). Deals range from $2500-$8000

Tools: Should be well versed with Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc (This is a must)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own our outbound lead generation engine from end to end.

This is not a traditional appointment-setting role. You will be responsible for identifying the right companies, finding decision-makers, building high-quality prospect lists, launching outbound campaigns, qualifying prospects, and consistently booking sales meetings for the founder.





You will work closely with the founder to continuously improve our outbound systems and eventually help build a scalable sales development process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify companies that match our target customer profile.
- Research decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Heads of Growth.
- Build accurate prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, and other research platforms.
- Continuously discover new prospecting opportunities and market segments.

Lead Enrichment
- Collect and verify contact information.
- Research company information and decision-makers.
- Add relevant personalization notes for outreach.
- Maintain accurate and organized lead databases.
- Ensure CRM and prospect data remain clean and up to date.

Email Outreach

Own the complete email outbound channel.

Responsibilities include:
