We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts in the warehousing and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure revenue retention, account growth, and renewal closure
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Monitor service performance, TAT, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and other internal teams
- Support billing discipline, collections, and margin improvement
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in KAM / Sales / Customer Management
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Valuable commercial understanding and MS Office knowledge

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
