Our Senior Video Editors shape visual narratives that move audiences and metrics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end editing of high-volume social, paid, and branded video content—from raw footage to platform-optimized exports.
- Apply pacing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to align with brand tone, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Copywriters to storyboard and refine visual narratives that drive engagement and CTR.
- Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn—ensuring vertical, aspect-ratio, and duration compliance.
- Manage asset libraries, version control, and delivery pipelines to meet tight deadlines across multiple concurrent campaigns.




- Mentor junior editors and enforce brand consistency, editing standards, and creative workflow efficiencies.
