Role Summary

We are looking for a B2B Paid Media LinkedIn Ads Specialist who can combine performance marketing expertise with robust brand and communication skills. The role involves planning and executing paid media campaigns, developing B2B digital marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, and driving qualified leads across digital channels.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta and other digital platforms, while also understanding B2B audiences, content, brand communication, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business, brand, and lead-generation objectives.
- Define target audiences, campaign objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, and media plans.
- Manage and optimize campaigns based on CPL,



lead quality, conversion rates, engagement, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Develop and manage B2B content calendars across LinkedIn, website, email, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop effective campaign communication and marketing collateral.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, events, webinars, and other B2B marketing initiatives through digital campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign strategy.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, lead nurturing, and marketing-to-sales conversion.
