We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

In This Role, You Will
- Design and implement highly scalable, fault tolerant and performant backend system
- Design and evolve microservice, event driven architecture
- Partner with Solution Architects, Product manager, other tech leads to translate business requirement into highly scalable systems
- Contribute to system and API Design,



ensuring modularity, performance, maintainability
- Ensuring Coding Standards and drive best practices in coding, testing and documentation
- Mentor Junior engineer, conduct code review & provide technical leadership
- Practical experience consuming and integrating LLM frameworks/APIs (LangChain, Spring AI, or equivalent) to build AI and agentic features, with Java or Python as the primary language
- Proven experience helping build a product from a new product vision — turning early concepts into a scalable platform through sound architecture and solid engineering foundations

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- Should have 12 to 15 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of Java 8+ / Python frame work, Spring / PythonFramework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
