About the Role

Epigroww Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B IT services sales, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to engage confidently with business owners, founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building robust client relationships, and managing the complete sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and engage prospective clients across industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, Logistics, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
- Schedule, conduct, and manage meetings with business owners, CXOs, founders, and other key stakeholders.




- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions aligned with their requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, quotations, commercial documents, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity tracking.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business, cross-selling opportunities, and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within IT Services or Software Development.

Demonstrated success in B2B technology sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
