Role Description
The Biohacking Program Designer will create and refine on-site wellness and biohacking programs that integrate yoga, movement, recovery, and lifestyle interventions aligned with The Seventh Lotus philosophy. This contract role, based in Hyderabad, involves designing structured protocols to enhance strength, mobility, and calm, including session plans, habit-building frameworks, and tracking methods for participants. The individual will collaborate with yoga teachers and wellness practitioners to test, iterate,



and optimize programs based on participant feedback and measurable outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include researching evidence-informed biohacking practices, translating them into safe, practical routines, documenting guidelines and resources, and occasionally observing classes or workshops to ensure alignment between program design and real-world implementation.

Qualifications
- Ability to design structured wellness or fitness programs that integrate strength, mobility, and recovery practices, with a focus on practical, sustainable biohacking approaches.
- Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate evidence-based biohacking, yoga, nutrition, sleep, and stress-management methods and translate them into actionable protocols.
- Experience collaborating with yoga instructors, trainers, or wellness practitioners, including gathering feedback and iterating on program design.
- Clear written communication skill
