We are looking for an analytical, data-driven SEO Specialist to take ownership of our organic search strategy. In this role, you will analyze, review, and implement optimization strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and increase conversion rates.

You will work closely with our content, design, and engineering teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Keyword Research & Content Strategy
- Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research to uncover high-intent search queries and market trends.
- Partner with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content and optimize existing landing pages and blog posts.
- Identify content gaps, SERP intent shifts, and competitor strategies to capture current ranking opportunities.

2. On-Page & Technical SEO
- Implement on-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking strategies.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to detect and resolve crawl errors,



indexing issues, broken links, redirect chains, and site speed/Core Web Vitals bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure clean site architecture, mobile responsiveness, and optimal JavaScript/rendering performance.

3. Off-Page & Authority Building
- Plan and execute white-hat link acquisition campaigns (digital PR, guest posting, resource pages, unlinked brand mentions).
- Monitor backlink profiles to disavow toxic links and protect domain authority.

4. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on key organic search KPIs (impressions, clicks, rankings, CTR, bounce rates, and organic conversions).
- Maintain Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other tracking tools to monitor site health and performance.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AI search visibility), and evolving best practices.
