Hero Hatch team is looking for a n Area Manager who can lead and manage operations in new cities with expansion.
A purpose driven role for you
Leading the operations team and help in becoming the largest two wheeler rental player across geographies, leading operations.
Research the city market to understand the local dynamics and area wise demand and thus plan according.
Responsible for sustaining and growing the city revenues and tracking the P&L;
Leading the Operations team in delivering the best customer experience while having a 360-degree view from customer care to field executive safety for optimal utilization of resources
Manage the administration function and operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
A Day in the life
Responsible for managing the city team, hiring, training recent recruits and assigning targets,
formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team
Build and develop strong business relationships with the concerned local public & private authorities like RTO: For registration and other required clearance processes
City & Traffic Police: Advance information on our processes, handling traffic rule violation cases etc.
Metro, Bus Stand, Airports, Railway Stations: For possible tie-ups and demand Generation
Colleges, Malls, Hospitals, Theatres: For parking space and demand generation
Define the city growth strategy and ensure on-ground execution is aligned to the same
Lead multi-layered operations teams by formulating goals, incentive programs etc.
Launch cost effective offline marketing campaigns to create awareness in the city
Should act as a team member when the same is not present
Should be a single point of contact for taking all the incoming / outgoing calls relat
