We are looking for an experienced
Head of Marketing & Business Development
to lead the complete marketing, demand generation and business development function for an established and rapidly growing
B2B manufacturing business
operating in the scientific and laboratory infrastructure sector.

The organization has an established market position, a strong customer base, a significant completed-project portfolio and an established presence across domestic and international markets.

The marketing and business development function is now being built for the next phase of growth. This is therefore a
hands-on leadership opportunity
for an individual who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution across
brand building,



digital marketing, lead generation, business development, partnerships, channel development and export-market expansion
.

The successful candidate will own the function end-to-end and work closely with senior leadership, sales, product and operations teams to create a scalable commercial growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build a solid brand position within the scientific, laboratory and technical infrastructure markets.
- Define market segmentation, customer personas, positioning and messaging.
- Develop a consistent brand identity across digital, offline, institutional and international customer touchpoints.
- Strengthen the organization’s visibility among institutional buyers, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, research institutions, distributors
