*Key Responsibilities*

Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Conduct Induction, Refresher, Functional, Product, and Behavioral training sessions for employees.
- Facilitate training for customers, channel partners, and B2B stakeholders when required.
- Deliver learning effectively across bo
th classr
oom a
nd virtual (VI
LT) formats.
- Travel across the region to support branches, conduct sessions,



and ensure consistent training delivery
- Partner with branch leadership to identify gaps and recommend suitable training interventions

Digital Learning & Content Creation
- Create clear, engaging training material—presentations, guides, short videos, assessments, and simple digital modules.
- Refresh and modernize existing content so it is easy to understand and accessible in digital formats.
