Job Description – Senior Research Manager – Mixed Methods

- Understanding and sharing user perspectives to interpret both qualitative narratives and quantitative behaviors.
- Drawing out nuanced insights during interviews, focus groups and while interpreting survey feedback.
- Synthesizing large datasets and complex qualitative inputs into clear, actionable insights.
- Challenging assumptions, validating findings, and ensuring methodological rigor across mixed methods.
- Building capability in mixed methods approaches within the team.
- Connecting research outcomes to client objectives, market realities, and strategic decision‑making.
- Building trust with clients, internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Partnering effectively with analysts, designers, product managers, and other researchers.
