About the Role
We are looking for a Manager - Partnerships to build and nurture long-term relationships with MASH's partner ecosystem. This role is focused on ensuring partners remain actively engaged, understand their evolving needs, facilitate meaningful connections, and identify opportunities that create value for both partners and the broader ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is highly relationship-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working closely with diverse stakeholders to drive engagement and collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and maintain solid, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand partner priorities, challenges, and evolving needs.
- Ensure partners have a seamless and valuable engagement experience with MASH.
Stakeholder Success
- Identify relevant collaboration, funding, networking, and visibility opportunities for partners.
- Connect partners with relevant organizations, initiatives, and resources across the ecosystem.
- Proactively recommend solutions that address partner needs and strengthen relationships.
Community Engagement
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives that encourage active participation within the MASH ecosystem.
- Track partner activity and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Gather regular feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Partnership Operations
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, engagement history, and follow-ups.
