- Read and understand garment patterns, measurements, and cutting instructions.
- Perform fabric spreading, marking, and cutting as per approved patterns.
- Ensure proper fabric utilization and minimize fabric wastage.
- Operate cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Check cut panels for accuracy, defects, and correct quantities.
- Carry out garment stitching/tailoring as per design and quality standards.
- Operate industrial sewing machines such as single needle, overlock, flatlock, etc.
- Maintain proper stitching quality, measurements, and finishing.
- Identify and rectify stitching defects.
- Follow production targets and daily work schedules.
- Coordinate with supervisors, quality, finishing, and other production teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
- Handle machines, tools, and materials responsibly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sachin, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Cutting and Tailoring: 1 year (Required)
