Job Description
Position Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager – Strategy & Growth to drive high-impact strategic programs across categories, with a strong focus on execution, growth, and business performance. This role partners closely with Business Heads and senior leaders to translate strategy into action, while supporting revenue, P&L;, and scale initiatives in a fast-growing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic and growth programs end-to-end, including planning, release management, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner with Business Heads on P&L; and revenue management, including forecasting, performance tracking, margin analysis, and growth levers
- Analyze business data, funnels, and processes to generate insights and drive category growth
- Set up and track KPIs, dashboards, and operating
