About the Role

We're looking for a PLM/ALM System Administrator with hands-on experience in
PTC Windchill
and/or
PTC Codebeamer
to manage and support our Dev, Test, and Production environments.

What You'll Do
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Windchill/Codebeamer environments.
- Manage deployments and keep environments running smoothly and reliably.
- Set up backups, monitor system health, and tune performance.
- Troubleshoot application, server, and integration issues.
- Handle user access, security, and license management.
- Support data migrations and workplace refreshes with minimal downtime.




- Maintain clear system documentation and support release deployments.

What You'll Need
- 5–6 years of experience administering PTC Windchill and/or Codebeamer.
- Experience managing Dev/Test/Prod environments.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across app, server, and integration layers.
- Experience with backups, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Comfortable working with infra and database teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience with both Windchill and Codebeamer.
- Exposure to cloud-hosted PLM/ALM setups.
- Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries.
