Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer acceptance) for assigned client roles—across domains and seniority levels.
- Build and scale candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, job boards, and direct outreach for high-impact roles.
- Conduct phone/video screenings, assess cultural fit, and align candidate expectations with client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless logistics and timely feedback.




- Drive offer negotiation and closure with speed and finesse—leveraging market insights and internal playbooks.
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to optimize performance.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit)
- Boolean Search
- Microsoft Excel (data tracking)
- Interview Coordination
- Offer Negotiation

Preferred
- Recruitment process automation tools (e.g., Manatal, Breezy HR)
- Experience with startup or high-growth tech hiring
- Performance-based compensation mindset (commission / bonus driven)
