About-
Central Electro Chemical Research Institute is one of a chain of forty national laboratories under the aegis of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research in Recent Delhi. Founded on 25 July 1948 at Karaikudi in Tamil Nadu, CECRI came into existence on the January 1953.

- CSIR-CECRI, Chennai Unit
- CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu

Most of the technical project positions are tenable at the Chennai Unit, while the Computer Science/Management Project Assistant-II position is based at Karaikudi.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Project Scientist-II – Chemistry
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent
- 5 years R&D; experience
- Desirable: specialization in PEM fuel-cell materials/hydrogen fuel cells, fuel-cell stacks and systems, and experience in building fuel-cell-powered systems and engines.
- Maximum age: 40 years
- Stipend: ₹67,000 + HRA/month

Project Associate-I – Chemistry
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent
- Desirable knowledg
