As part of our growing Central Support Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Junior Executive – Branding to support and coordinate branding, communication, and promotional activities across the Kauvery Hospital network.

Role Overview

The Junior Executive – Branding (Central Support Team) will support the planning,



coordination, execution, and tracking of branding and communication initiatives across Kauvery Hospital units.

The role involves working closely with internal departments, hospital units, doctors, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure branding activities and campaigns are executed accurately and within timelines.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable with follow-ups, and capable of coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meeting Coordination & Follow-up
- Attend key branding and organizational meetings as required.
- Prepare and circulate accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Document actionable points and maintain appropriate trackers.
- Regularly follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure action points are completed within agreed timelines.

2. Doctor Profile Management
- Coordinate with doctors and respective departments
