About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for branding, content creation, social media management, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Create and coordinate reels, posts, stories, graphics, videos, captions, and promotional content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual communication across platforms.
- Brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging content formats.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other teams when required.




- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Support branding campaigns, product/service launches, events, and promotional activities.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and branding.
- Good creative and visual sense with an ability to develop engaging content.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar content-creation tools.
- Ability to write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, creative, and willing to experiment with current content ideas.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communicat
