Job Purpose

Volvo Bus Middle East, India, Africa and CIS (MIAC) is a fast-growing region within Volvo Bus Corporation, responsible for bus sales, service sales, and partnerships with importers, key customers, and body-build partners

To drive service market sales and commercial development across the MIAC region, with a focus on parts sales, service agreements, and connected services, in order to achieve Business Plan targets and support long-term growth.

This role also supports the development and commercialization of new service solutions as the business accelerates toward electromobility.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop, drive, and follow up service sales and parts business across the MIAC markets to achieve the Business Plan.




- Improve service sales market share through targeted commercial initiatives and market development activities.
- Drive the commercial development of service contracts, connected services, and proactive analytical web tools across the markets.
- Identify and develop incremental parts sales opportunities beyond service contract business through data mining, customer-level analysis, and lifecycle-based replacement planning.
- Develop tailored customer commercial programs, marketing campaigns, and special packages to support profitable growth.
- Analyze competitor strategies and implement customized Volvo commercial offers and packages.
- Coordinate and provide inputs for parts pricing, and support importers in parts planning for new models.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, dealers, suppliers, and importers to support profitable business growth.
