About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across the Europe and UK markets from India. The role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technology talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong stakeholder collaboration.



The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment in Europe/UK, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

What Will You Do
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and talent identification for technology roles across Europe and the UK.
- Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against role requirements and organizational expectations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment outcomes.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards with accurate and timely updates.
