Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting relationships with clients in the Warangal region. This role focuses on understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with existing and potential clients in the Warangal territory.
- Understand client financial needs and objectives, and proactively offer relevant products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products/services to meet client requirements and business growth targets.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations)

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the financial industry in Warangal.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
