We are looking for an energetic, curious, and relationship-driven Ecosystem Growth & Community Relations Associate to represent Recro out in the real world.



This is not a traditional desk-bound quota-driven sales job. Instead, you will act as Recro’s brand ambassador—stepping into tech conferences, developer meetups, hackathons, and startup mixers across Bangalore and pan-India.
Your goal is simple: immerse yourself in the tech community, connect with engineering leaders and founders, share what Recro is building, and organically build a vibrant network of partners and tech enthusiasts.
What You Will Do
- Be the Face of Recro: Attend premier tech events, developer conferences, startup summits, and networking mixers across Bangalore and pan-India to represent our brand ethos.
- Engage & Build Genuine Relationships: Strike up organic conversations with engineering managers, tech founders, product leaders, and innovators. Listen to their scaling challenges and share how Recro’s ecosystem supports them.
- Stay Ahead of Tech Trends: Read up on emerging technologies, cloud landscapes, AI advancements, and
