WHAT WE OFFER
✦ 20% commission on your first 10 active direct suppliers (launch bonus)
✦ 10% recurring commission from the 11th supplier onwards
✦ 30% override on your Partner network commissions
✦ 0€ entry fee — direct recruitment by invitation
✦ Equity upside up to 6% (phantom equity) for top performers

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have:
• Solid experience in B2B industrial or energy sector (sourcing, sales, business development, procurement)
• An existing network of suppliers or industry contacts you can activate
• Experience recruiting or managing independent agents or sales teams
• Comfort with a 100% commission model — no base salary
• Based in Europe, India, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan
You don’t need:
• To be a full time availability — many of our Managers run this alongside their current activity
