Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior UI/UX Designer
with strong experience designing
Salesforce-based enterprise applications
, preferably Salesforce Lightning.
Salesforce Public Sector/Government experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end
UI/UX experiences
for Salesforce applications using
Figma
.
- Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Facilitate UX workshops and design-thinking sessions using
Miro
.
- Conduct usability testing using
Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar
, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, business teams, and government stakeholders.
- Document UX flows, design decisions, and specifications in
Confluence
.




- Work in Agile/Scrum environments using
Jira
.
- Develop scalable design systems, reusable components, and consistent UI patterns.
- Ensure accessibility compliance with
WCAG 2.1 / Section 508
.
- Translate complex government workflows into straightforward, citizen-centric digital experiences.

Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years UI/UX Design
experience in enterprise applications.
- Mandatory: Salesforce Public Sector / Government experience.
- Strong Salesforce UI/UX and
Salesforce Lightning
experience.
- Expert-level Figma
– mandatory.
- Miro, Jira & Confluence.
- UX research, journey mapping, personas & service design.
- Usability testing experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
